Can I send you a picture by email rather
than regular mail? |
| Yes, which ever is easiest for you,
besides sending it by email is quicker and doesn't cost you a
thing. |

Will the photographs I send you be kept
private? |
| ABSOLUTELY !!!, please read my

How long will it take to receive my
portrait? |
| Depending on volume of commissions
it can take anywhere from a week to three weeks. I do of course
do rush orders, but there is an additional charge. |

Do you offer framing? |
| I do, however; it depends on the material used ( i.e. stretched canvas, flat panel canvas, or paper canvas). |

What if I do not like the finished
portrait? |
| If by some chance that you do not
like your finished portrait, I will either refund your
deposit or redo your portrait. |

Will my portrait be REAL fine-art? |
| Yes it will. I use quality art
material. |

What is your money back guarantee? |
| If you are not satisfied with your
portrait I will refund your 20% deposit. If after you have
received your portrait, after you have paid the remaining
balance, you have 10 days to return the portrait. I will
then refund the remaining balance paid, but not the 20% deposit. |

Can I preview the portrait before I
purchase it? |
| Yes, in fact you can preview your
portrait in progress with your assigned URL. |

Can you work from a damaged photograph (
torn, scratched, old, etc )? |
| I sure can. All I may need
from you is maybe some general information, such as skin tone
(if its old and faded), layout or posture (if its torn or
ripped) or maybe texture and shape ( if its badly scratched). |

What type of media do you use and
specialize in? |
| I use and specialize in Oil & Soft
Pastels and Charcoal. |

How much will it cost to have a portrait
drawn? |
| It depends on media type and
portrait size, but my prices start at $50.00. |

Is there a deposit required? |
| Yes there is a 20% deposit required
after we determine price. You will have seven days to send
your deposit while I am working on your portrait, If however
your deposit has not been received you may loose your place in
line or postpone your order until I receive your deposit. |

When do I pay for my portrait? |
| You pay for the remaining balance
after your portrait is complete |

What method of payment do you accept? |
| I accept checks ( personal &
business), money orders and Paypal payments. Any

I can't afford full payment upfront,
do you have a payment plan? |
| Yes payment plans are available.
After we decide on the type of portrait and size you would
like to commission and your first deposit, we can work out a
payment plan. Your payments will not begin untill after I have
completed your portrait. |
